BOH KITCHEN

SOUS CHEF - MAZZOLA'S

Position is responsible for assisting the Head Chef in daily restaurant operations. Must have strong leadership skills, a positive attitude and at least two years working in a restaurant kitchen.

$55,000 – 60,000/year based on experience

FOH SERVICE

FT ASSISTANT MANAGER - REX’S GRILL

Position is responsible for assisting the GM in daily restaurant operations.  Must have strong leadership skills, a positive attitude and at least two years working in a restaurant FOH lead role.

$55,000 – 65,000/year based on experience

PT SHIFT MANAGER – MAZZOLA’S, REX’S GRILL

Position is responsible for assisting the GM in daily restaurant operations.  Must have leadership skills, a positive attitude and at least two years working in a restaurant FOH role.

$25/hr.

BARTENDER – REX’S GRILL (AM, PM)

Position is responsible for providing timely, accurate and friendly service while preparing the highest quality beverages for all of our guests.

$30-45/hr including variable tips.

SERVER – REX’S GRILL (AM)

Position is responsible for providing friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our guests.

$30-45/hr including variable tips.

LEAD HOST – SALT & LIME (AM, PM)

Welcome and warmly greet guests on arrival. Manage the efficient and timely seating of guests to set the servers and the kitchen up to provide a memorable dining experience for all our guests.

$25-30/hr including variable tips.

SERVER – LAUNDRY (PM)

Position is responsible for providing friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our guests.

$45-50/hr including variable tips.
