The Assistant General Manager leads daily restaurant operations and serves as the primary leadership presence during service.
This role drives hospitality standards, team development, and operational execution while preparing to step into the General Manager position.Ideal candidates have strong fine dining experience, confident floor leadership, and the ability to lead independently in a fast-paced environment.
Salaried management position, front-of-house leadership, evening & closing shifts.
$68,000-$72,000 per year (based on experience).

Our Hosts create the first and last impression for every guest: greeting warmly, managing reservations and waitlists, and keeping the floor organized during busy shifts.
A friendly, upbeat attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay organized under pressure are essential.Previous experience is preferred but not required. Must be available Friday and Saturday nights.
