The Assistant General Manager leads daily restaurant operations and serves as the primary leadership presence during service. This role drives hospitality standards, team development, and operational execution while preparing to step into the General Manager position.
Ideal candidates have strong fine dining experience, confident floor leadership, and the ability to lead independently in a fast-paced environment.
$68,000-$72,000 per year (based on experience)
