BOH KITCHEN

Chef – Rex’s Grill

Our Chefs are responsible for building motivated and empowered teams that ensure efficient and profitable operations. Direct responsibilities include food purchasing, preparation and maintenance of quality standards; sanitation and cleanliness; training of employees in methods of cooking, preparation, plate presentation, portion and cost control and sanitation and cleanliness. This position reports to a multi-unit director and is supported by both specialist operations and administrative teams.

Salary $60 - $70k + benefits

Sous Chef – Rex’s Grill

Our Sous Chefs are responsible for supporting the Chef in building motivated and empowered teams that ensure efficient and profitable operations. Responsibilities may include food purchasing, preparation and maintenance of quality standards; sanitation and cleanliness; training of employees in methods of cooking, preparation, plate presentation, portion and cost control and sanitation and cleanliness. This position reports to a multi-unit director and is supported by both specialist operations and administrative teams.

Salary $55 - $60k + benefits

LINE COOK - All locations

Responsible for accurately and efficiently cooking food products as well as preparing and portioning food products prior to cooking.

Hourly $18-$25 + tips

FOH SERVICE

gENERAL MANAGER - Mazzola's, The Laundry

Our GMs are responsible for building motivated and empowered teams that ensure efficient and profitable operations. This position reports to a multi-unit director and is supported by both specialist operations and administrative teams.

Salary $60-70k + benefits. Or Hourly $30/hr

SHIFT MANAGER – Rex’s Grill, Mazzola’s, Laundry, Salt & Lime

Our shift managers are the face of the restaurant responsible for creating memorable guest experiences. Tasks include opening and closing duties, managing the door and reservations, timing guest seating based on daily staffing levels, and overseeing a smooth running daily service. This position reports to the GM.

Hourly $30/hr

AM BARTENDER - Rex’s Grill

Position is responsible for providing friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our guests.

$35-35/hr including tips

SERVER - Rex’s Grill, Salt & Lime

This position is responsible for providing friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our guests. Reports to the GM. Training shift start dates for the winter season are between 11/28-12/12.

Hourly $30-$35 incl. tips

SUPPORT STAFF – All restaurants

Our hosts, food runners and bussers support the service staff and contribute to a smooth running daily service. These positions report to the GM. Training shift start dates for the winter season are between 11/28 – 12/12.

Hourly $20-$35 incl. tips
