Q: I was part of the old Rewards system. Do my points carry over?
A: Yes! For our long-time locals, who remember the old program, all your points have been safely transferred. Your previous balance was converted into Legacy Reward Vouchers, which hold the same value as your original points.

Q: Do my points or rewards expire?
A: Your points never expire as long as your account remains active. However, rewards do expire, with time frames ranging from 1 week to 3 years, depending on the specific promotion. Log in to your account to view expiration dates for your current rewards.

Q: What's the difference between Points, Rewards, and Perks?
A:
Points - Earned on every eligible purchase and tracked in your account. Points that have not been converted into a reward never expire.

Rewards - Every time you reach 500 points, they automatically convert into a $25 Reward, which you can spend at any of our restaurants. Rewards have expiration dates.

Perks - Additional benefits you receive beyond points and rewards, such as Birthday Dollars, Seasonal Offers, Flash Specials, and other limited-time deals. Perks also have expiration dates, and details are shared in your email.

Q: Can I earn Points or use Reward Dollars on catering orders or gift cards?
A: No. Points cannot be earned, and Reward Dollars cannot be redeemed, on catering orders or giftcard purchases.
